These terms govern your use of TripSaver's automated price matching and refund claim services. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
Service Terms
By using TripSaver, you agree to these terms. We provide an automated price monitoring and refund claim service for Booking.com reservations.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
• You must provide accurate booking information
• You authorize us to act on your behalf with Booking.com
• Credits are non-refundable once used for successful claims
User Responsibilities
As a user, you are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Providing accurate booking information
• Not sharing your account credentials
• Notifying us of unauthorized account usage
• Ensuring you have the right to share booking details
Payment Terms
Our credit system works as follows:
• 1 credit equals $1
• 5 credits are deducted per successful refund above $15
• Credits are non-transferable
• Unused credits remain valid for 12 months
• Refunds for unused credits at our discretion
Limitation of Liability
TripSaver is not responsible for:
- Booking.com's decisions regarding price match claims
- Changes in hotel prices or availability
- Technical issues with Booking.com's platform
- Delays in refund processing by payment providers
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email. Your continued use of TripSaver after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
